![]() The store manager looks at me and said yes. I asked them to replace authentic original brake pads for my Lexus. After Blake game and threat to sue, the site admitted that they put wrong tires. ![]() The mechanic after changing oil did not how to reset message on a C300 Benz!!! Also I had tires changed and within 6000 miles and 9 months they did It pass inspection. and it did not show overbooking as claimed by the store managerĢ. I took picture of the screen in the store showing appts. made online or will make you wait 2 hours for oil change or tire rotation citing that they have other appts. Appointments with them has no meaning esp. You have a clueless Service Manager that isn’t watching his workload, techs that are not focused on getting things done in an appropriate time frame (also what the Service Manager should be directing), and a lackadaisical attitude toward your customers. I’ve been there since 2:10, it’s now 4:20, and NOW it’ll take 10 minutes?!?! I told the tech to give me my vehicle back and I told Steve that I’d never come back here ever again. As I am packing up my laptop, the technician walks over to the window where I am sitting and asks me if I can wait 10 minutes and he’ll finish it. You took my car keys almost 2 hours ago and you haven’t even drained the oil out of my vehicle. This is for an oil change that should have taken 20 minutes. I mean, what’s the point of making appointments when CLEARLY there’s no attempt to keep them or prioritize them. I open the shop door and tell them that I just want my vehicle back. Steve runs into the shop area and says something to get some attention. It’s now 4:20pm and I am demanding my car back. ![]() ![]() No, I find him in the office eating a sandwich. For a simple oil change… Where is the Service Manager to be found you ask? Certainly, he’s keeping a watchful eye out for his customers. All the while, my vehicle sits up in the air. In fact, they pull ANOTHER vehicle in on the far bay. A 20 minute oil change is WAAAAY late and not a single person is working on my vehicle. The oil hasn’t even been drained out of my vehicle… but it’s up on the lift. And they didn't think it would be ordered anytime soon as they were also out of things like tire weights!!! As for the wiper fluid, I was told to try another store because the manager was newish and had not ordered any since I was last there. In my opinion there is only ONE reason for such an asinine policy - to force you to buy 2 new tires before you need them!! I would love to have purchased 4 tires, but it wasn't in the budget and I needed one new one and chose to also replace the next most worn tire at the same time. The response was they don't want your rear end to slide, even though it's a front wheel drive, you still can steer the bad front tires but not the rear, so they want the best tires on the rear. Less likely to hydroplane with the best tires upfront. I asked for the logic behind such a policy as you have better steering, better control. I was told they were out of wiper fluid and their policy prohibited them from rotating my tires because the rear tires had more tread on them than the front ones - they are required to place the best tires on the rear. Also, don't forget to mention Hubbiz to Ntb-National Tire & Battery.Today when I went in for the oil change I told them to be sure to fill the wiper fluid and definitely rotate the tires.
